The clinical day includes: morning check-in group (clinical accountability and early warning sign identification), primary therapy group (CBT targeting addiction-specific cognitive patterns, or DBT skills across all four modules), specialty group (EMDR, trauma processing, dual diagnosis work, or process group), individual therapy with your assigned primary therapist, MAT prescriber check-in when applicable, and afternoon session covering relapse prevention, weekend and evening planning, and case management.

Psychiatric evaluation at intake and medication management throughout. EMDR for trauma in individual sessions. Vivitrol induction for alcohol and opioid use disorder. Dual diagnosis treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD beginning in the first week. FMLA documentation from our medical director for employed clients requiring job-protected leave during PHP.
